Excellent
I purchased this knee brace following from an accident I did whilst cheerleading doing a back flip and tore my ACL and fractured my knee cap. I managed to make a recovery without surgery, however i was told i shouldn't back flip anymore due to further damage.
As I do cheerleading professionally, this wasn't an option for me so I brought this to help me. I have been wearing this for a few weeks now and it offers great support. I have already started doing back flips in it again (not quite back to my full ability however) and it doesn't restrict movement. My knee feels very sturdy in it. It is however very bulky and isn't the prettiest thing. I would also recommend getting the pull on version rather than wrap around as i have the wrap around and sometimes it can loosen around the knee cap :)Pros: Supportive, sturdy, adjustable, durable.Cons: Bulky, non-breathable
